Wordless Wednesday! Trick or Treat!

Halloween is just around the corner, so with that I noticed everyone running around the stores trying to find a costume. What are you dressing up as this year? Any ideas, Witch, Cinderella or a Zombie. Whatever it is, I love to see all the kids dressed up and go door to door “Trick or Treat” so cute! This little witch is up to something!

Happy Trick or Treat! Be safe out there!

Wordless Wednesday - A City Under Water

Less than a month ago the city of Peabody, MA was in a State of Emergency. It rained over 4 inches of rain, around the North Shore. It was chaos. Homes, cars were damaged. What would you do in a State of Emergency?

Wordless Wednesday - Naturalization Ceremony took place at Fenway Park,

On September 14, 2010 more than 5,000 became US citizens at Fenway Park Boston, MA. I was lucky enough to be among the new US citizens of America. I had the honors to share this experience with my mother and brother. What a journey, and a great accomplishment.

Wordless Wednesday: As the weather changes, times changes.

Summer is over, the weather is changing the kids are back to school. I’m looking forward to fall, the East Coast weather in the  fall is the perfect time of year. It was kind of windy the day I took this picture, isn’t the view gorgeous. Great time of year. I think the summer went by so fast, & it was humid plus we just went through Hurricane Irene. Tomorrow is September, time does fly by (too fast sometimes). Also looking forward to the leaves changing, pumpkin spiced coffee (Yum) Apple cider I have to stop now. You get the idea.

What’s your favorite time of year?

Wordless Wednesday - What’s your scent!

Every woman should have her own signature scent. You know, that perfume that was made just for you, to set you apart from the rest. Right! Whenever I wear perfume, it makes me feel sexy, confident, just like wearing a new pair of heels. Your scent should also compliment your mood, wardrobe & style! A great tip, I learned just because you like what your girlfriend, mother, sister or friend is wearing doesn’t mean it’s going to smell the same on you. Everyone’s body chemistry is different. Do a test trial before you buy, so you don’t end up tossing the bottle. I don’t know why but do you ever walk by & smell someone’s perfume after they left the room. That strong, sometimes toxic smell lingering in the air. A little advice, a little goes a long way. I’ve had this perfume collections for almost a year & a little does go a long way. Stop spraying the whole bottle all over yourself every time you leave the house. So I decided to share a few of my favorites. Here it is! Enjoy!

LOLA - Marc Jacobs

Lola is such a sweet, floral, sophisticated scent. Is not your grandmother’s perfume, is so sensual. I love to wear this for special occasions.

HALLE by Halle Berry (Pure Orchid)

Pure Orchid sort of tell’s its own story. It’s light, it does smell like orchids. A little goes a long way.

Wordless Wednesday: At Home Spa!

Everyone loves a day at the spa! Hey, what’s not to love, a time to relax empty your mind, clear all your thoughts. Unwind, right! Well if you don’t have the time, or the funds to enjoy the luxuries of a spa why not create one in the luxury & comfort of your own home. Well ladies, that’s exactly what I did. When there’s no babysitter around, or you just don’t have the time. Treat yourself to a Home - Spa! A pedicure, an exfoliating masque, have your other half treat you to a foot massage. Light some candles, drink a glass of wine, the possibilities are endless. Turn your bedroom, or bathroom into your very own luxury spa. You are worth it! It doesn’t have to be a special occasion, or birthday for you to do something wonderful for yourself. Let yourself go!

There’s only one of you. Treat, Pamper & Love yourself.

p.s. I didn’t received any type of compensation to write this post.

Wordless Wednesday - Cleaning Out The Closet!

I was cleaning out my closet, which I do every week. As always I find things I had been looking for days, you ever noticed you never find anything at the exact moment you need it. Well today was a rare find, for me. Jackpot! Behold the Melissa Shoes Campana Zig Zag Flats! Super comfortable, made from MELFLEX, a plastic which improves elasticity and resistance to water. They are also odorless, and recyclable.
