I was extremely excited to be part of the Zone Diet 1-2-3 Program. I received 2 weeks supply of food to incorporate into my everyday life, as part of the program. Delivered right to my door, fresh individually packed for freshness. I’m very skeptical of diets. The Zone Diet caught me by surprise it was nothing like I expected as traditional diets which you can’t eat carbs & limit yourself to basically eating nothing. The Zone Diet offers a whole variety of different foods, that you can incorporate into your everyday lifestyle. It’s not really a “Diet” I mean I was able to eat carbs, honestly cookies which were delicious. I would have never thought I could eat cookies, pizza, bagels, & pasta as part of my diet. I also liked that their food is packed with 14gm of protein, I was full at every meal. I have always struggled with my own weight issues, after having three kids I gained 80 pounds with my first born. I guess the meaning “Eating for Two” is overrated literally. Its not a diet, is a lifestyle change.
